The Solarium is a freshly restored space for your special event, party, and for educational and recreational classes. Please contact the Solarium office today to schedule a visit to this beautiful space.

Highlights of renting the Solarium for your event include:

	8-hour rental blocks allow ample time for set-up, event and clean-up, with an option to purchase additional hours at $100 per hour (in advance)
	The choice of caterer, beverages and other services is completely yours.
	Tables and chairs are available on-site and included with your rental
	Spacious rooms comfortably accommodate 200 for a standing reception, 130 for seated meal
	Half of the rental rate and a refundable $500 security deposit will secure your reservation
	Kitchen facilities are provided at no charge and include a refrigerator, L-shaped counter sink top and microwave
	Rental includes use of the entire wing except for two front offices
	Ample parking space is provided in back of the building and on both sides of street in front of the building

We offer reduced rates to non-profit organizations; and to residents of the 30030 zip code for short-notice rentals.

* Proof of Non-Profit 501-C3 Status is required (Non-Profit Rate available for Sunday –Thursday only April-December. Fridays and Saturdays are vailable in January, Feruary & March only.))
